Gas regulations require that all gas appliances are serviced annually to maintain correct and safe operation.

Most problems with un-serviced boilers include intermittent faults as well as poor efficiency, and unsafe situations.

A boiler should be serviced at regular intervals, and their correct adjustment in accordance with product specification and in that way will ensure optimal performance from environmental, safety and energy point of view, according to the European directive 2002/91/EC Energy Performance in Buildings.

We offer a boiler and heating breakdown, service, and repair, in accordance with product specification, and gas regulations, on all makes of boiler including, Baxi, Ravenheat, Glowworm, Vaillant, Viessmann, Potterton, Ariston, Maxol, Worcester, Saunier Duval, Vokera, Keston, Ideal, Chaffoteaux, Ferroili, Alpha etc.

Services will include flue gas analysis, and a print out will be provided.

Gas safety certification, and maintenance reports will be provided. We provide a high quality service for testing, inspection, and safety certification, either for landlords, and for prospective property owners, or in 2007 for the vendor as a supplement to the H.I.P (Home Information Pack).

Solar water heating

We are accredited solar installers and service engineers, we can repair and maintain various types of solar installations.

Most solar installations require annual services and testing of solar fluids, it makes good sense to ensure the fluid in solar systems is adequate to protect the system, and ultimately your investment.

Testing and Certification

Tests will include flue gas analysis, and a print out will be provided.

If during these tests it is found that a gas appliance is unsafe, every reasonable effort will be made to make the appliance safe rather than issuing warning notices and disconnecting.

For example if during an inspection it is found that the Carbon Monoxide gas from a boiler were too high and servicing would make the boiler safe to use. We would then service and re-test.

Only CORGI inspection, advice, and warning notices pads will be used. All inspections will be carried out in accordance with current gas regulations.
