We are an energy efficiency company and have been providing heat loss calculations since 1974 and have been producing energy performance calculations using the governments standard assessment procedure (SAP) for new and existing dwellings for building control compliance since 2004.
The Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) is the only addition to the buying and selling process all the other documentation was necessary before, its stressful enough selling a house and we want to take all the fuss away from this new procedure.
We believe in choice, choice for you and for the vendor, and for everybody already involved in the buying and selling process, and want them working in the same way they did before the introduction of HIP’s.

We can also provide gas safety certificates or heating, plumbing reports for the vendor, these can be asked for by the buyers money lender and it might be easier to provide them up front and include them in the HIP.
EPC for Landlords in October 2008
Their not going to be happy bunnies are they, but from October 2008 they will have to provide Energy Performance Certificates.
We already provide Landlords with landlords Gas Safety Certificates so we could provide them with both Landlord Gas Safety and Energy Performance Certificates at a reduced rate, that might make them a little happier.
Special rates can be negotiated for larger contracts or volumes of work.
Landlord gas safety certificates
We provide landlord gas safety certification, we use all corgi forms as standard and provide flue gas analyser print outs.
- Landlord gas safety certificate for up to three appliances £70.50
- Appliance services at the same time as inspection £25 per appliance
All prices include vat @ 17.5%.
For combined energy performance certificates and landlord gas safety certificates
- One - Two Bedroom £145.00
- Three-Four Bedroom £165.00
- Five Bedroom £175.00

Payment can be made by debit or credit card at the time of booking or during our visit by cash, cheque, debit or credit card.
Payment can be spread over ten equal monthly instalments on debit or credit card transactions , but this will incur a small administration fee of £20
