About Anderson-Goddard Ltd

Anderson Goddard is a family business and was established in 1984 by

Mr Steven Goddard and Mr Malcolm Anderson.

In the early 1990’s the business was divided into two, Anderson Goddard building, which still operates from Altrincham in Cheshire, and Anderson Goddard plumbing and heating.

Because of our background in the construction and heating industry, and our involvement with heat loss calculations and changes in building regulations, we have taken an active role in promoting energy efficiency since the late 1990’s.

In 2002 we realised there was a need for a specialist company that could provide the required link between building regulations, performance, and system design in relation to energy efficiency, water conservation, and mechanical and electrical installations.

Over this time we have adhered to Mr Steven Goddard’s philosophy of providing a quality service at an affordable price, and have carried out work in a thorough and professional manner.

One of our main objectives is to keep our clients up to date with new building regulation requirements and European directives for safety, and energy conservation.

We endeavour to stay up to date with new building regulations and codes of practice in relation to safety, and energy efficiency so that we can give our customers a unique quality service.

We are members of various trade associations, and in particularly we have been members of CORGI for over 15 years

All our employees are trained to the highest standards within their trades or professions.

Copies of employees qualifications can be produced on request. Copies of our health and safety policy, environment policy, public, and employer liability, can be made available on request.

Many of the tests, inspections and certifications we carry out can be done at the same time which can reduce costs, and reduce the inconvenience to the property owner, tenant, or organisation.
