Heating system water

System water, if untreated, can cause serious damage to the components in modern combination and high efficiency boilers.

The damage goes unseen and can cause hundreds of pound in repair bills.

The main problem is that magnetite sludge builds up inside the heating system, coating the workings of complicated modern boilers with iron oxide deposits that rip apart rubber seals etc.

Cleaning a system as well as making the system more efficient can prolong the life of the boiler and components.

We offer a system water analyst and treatment solution to dirty heating system problems, identifying design faults and full jet flushing to BS 7953 using sentinel jet flush machine and associated chemicals.

We can test for the presence of iron oxide, chlorine, copper, and inhibitor in system water, and from this can make our recommendations from the test results.

Solar systems

We can test the correct level of inhibitors, anti freeze, and general condition of solar fluid in fully indirect primary circuit solar systems, and replace if necessary.

These tests should be carried out annually, or as the solar manufacture suggests.

It makes good sense to ensure the fluid in solar systems is adequate to protect the system and ultimately your investment.
